Add stickers to WhatsApp (Android)

1. Open Sensi Sphere Stickers and open the pack you want.
2. The Sensi Starter pack is free. Other packs unlock with a one-time purchase through Google Play, or with All Access. Then tap Add to WhatsApp.
3. Confirm in WhatsApp. The pack appears in your WhatsApp sticker tray.

Reinstalled WhatsApp? Open the pack in Sensi Sphere and tap Add to WhatsApp again.

Send stickers in Google Messages (Android)

1. Open a pack you own in Sensi Sphere Stickers and tap any sticker.
2. Tap Send in Messages, then pick the chat.

For a pack you bought, you can also tap Save pack to Photos. In Google Messages, tap + then Gallery, and the stickers are there under Sensi Stickers. Packs that come with All Access send from the app instead of saving to Photos.

Use the stickers in Messages (iPhone and iPad)

1. Open a conversation in Messages.
2. Tap +, then Stickers, and choose Sensi Sphere.
3. If the stickers show as locked, unlock the pack in the Sensi Sphere app first.

All Access

All Access is an optional subscription: $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year (US prices; each store can show a local price). While you are subscribed, every Sensi pack is unlocked, including new packs as they arrive, and you can send them in Messages and add them to WhatsApp. Renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Google Play or the App Store. No free trial.

Cancel All Access

• Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Sensi Sphere Stickers › Cancel subscription. In the app, Manage subscription opens the same page.
• iPhone / iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose the Sensi Sphere subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least a day before the renewal date so you are not charged for the next period.

When All Access ends

All Access keeps working until the end of the time you paid for. After that, packs that came with All Access lock again. Packs you bought, alone or in a bundle, stay yours, and the free Sensi Starter stays free. To keep a pack for good, buy it in the app.

Restore a purchase

Purchases and All Access belong to your Google or Apple account.

• Android: open the app while signed in to the same Google account; it restores automatically. In Help, tap Bought a pack before? to check again.
• iPhone / iPad: open the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Google Play and Apple handle refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions:

• Google Play: play.google.com › Order history, or email us and we will help.
• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
