Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Sensi Sphere Stickers apps for Android and iOS (including the Sensi Sphere sticker extension for Messages) and the MoltenCreation website at moltencreation.com. MoltenCreation LLC is responsible for the information described here.
The short version
- The apps have no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics.
- The apps send no personal information to MoltenCreation. We do not sell or share personal information.
- Google Play and Apple handle all app payments. We never see your card details.
- Your stickers stay on your device and in the messaging apps you choose to add them to.
- The website has no accounts, forms, checkout, analytics or tracking cookies.
- We only hold personal information when you contact us, and we use it only to answer you.
What the apps do with information
Stickers. The stickers in a pack are stored inside the app. When you add a pack to WhatsApp (Android) or open the Sensi Sphere sticker drawer in Messages (iOS), the messaging app reads the sticker images from Sensi Sphere on your device. Sensi Sphere cannot read your conversations, contacts or photos.
Purchases. Sticker packs and bundles are one-time in-app purchases processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). To know which packs are unlocked, the app asks the store for your purchase status and keeps a small purchase record (the product and a store-issued purchase reference) in the app's private storage on your device. This record is not sent to MoltenCreation. Restoring purchases on a new device works through your Google or Apple account.
Store and platform services. Google Play and Apple process payments, refunds, purchase restores and any age or parental-consent checks under their own privacy policies. The store libraries built into the apps may send information to Google or Apple that they need to process and secure purchases. We do not receive that information.
Age signals. Where a law requires it, Google Play or Apple may give the app an age range for the person using it. The app reads that age range on your device, only to follow the law. It is never stored, logged or sent to MoltenCreation or anyone else. The app only remembers when to check again.
Links. If you open a link from the app (for example, this policy), your browser and the website you visit handle that connection.
We do not use device identifiers for advertising, and the apps do not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
The website
Browsing moltencreation.com does not require an account. The site has no forms or checkout and does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your chosen appearance (light, medium or dark) locally, and you can clear it in your browser settings. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
Contact form (retired). Until September 2026 the website had a project-enquiry form. It collected the name, email address, company, website address and project details you typed, and sent them to us by email. We use those enquiries only to reply, keep them no longer than 12 months from receipt, and then delete them.
Website purchases. The website does not sell anything yet. If website checkout opens, the checkout provider will process payment; we would receive the buyer's email, order details and purchase status needed to deliver the files and provide support, never complete card numbers. We will update this policy before that happens.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to help you. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Children
The apps are not directed to children under 13, and they collect no personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has emailed us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.
Why we use information (EEA and UK)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: to answer your email or enquiry and to deliver and support a purchase (steps you asked for, or performance of a contract); to keep the website secure (our legitimate interest in protecting the service); and to keep records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
Who processes information for us
Our website host processes website request and security logs. Google Workspace hosts our email. Apple and Google run the app stores. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Keeping information
The apps keep the on-device purchase record until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Support email is kept as long as needed to help you. Records tied to a sale are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Website enquiries are deleted within 12 months, as described above.
Security
Purchase records stay in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. App payments are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple. Access to our email and website is limited to MoltenCreation.
Your rights and choices
You can uninstall the app at any time, which removes its on-device data. You can ask us for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also object to or restrict our use of it, ask for it in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@moltencreation.com; we answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
California and "Do Not Track". We do not track visitors across other websites or apps, and we do not allow other companies to do so on our site or in our apps. Because there is no such tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site behaves. We do not sell or share personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app's store listing.
